Engineered with a 95% recycled ABS shell, these macros are featherlight—less than half the weight of traditional fiberglass. The thermoformed design is not only eco-conscious but also easier on setters. Integrated spacers and flangeless edges allow for tighter, cleaner placements. With repairable textures and impact-resistant shells, The Orbs bring long-term value to any commercial gym or comp wall.
The Orbs are as green as a climbing hold / volume can be. Made out of recycled plastic into a robust form via a thermoforming process. The base is bomb proof so at worst, you will only have to regrain the form after a few years.
To date, no thermo forms are produced with no fringe, so these babes remain as technical as the shaper concieved.
The low cost for this entire set is due to the cost for raw materials and lesser manpower required. We ensure fair trade, as always.
